The standard delivery method in the UK is by courier and normally takes 1 – 2 days.

International Shipping
Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times typically range from 5 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. Please note that custom duties may apply.

Please Note: Once the tutorial has been authorized, it is no longer returnable or refundable.  However, you are able to view portions (up to 10% of the number of lessons) of the tutorial prior to authorization.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, simply call our friendly sales staff at +44 (0) 121 248 2400 to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and then return the product back within 30 days of the invoice date. The RMA# is required for us to track your return and properly credit your account. For this reason, the shipping department does not accept packages that do not have an RMA#. All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received by CADCourses within 30 days of the invoice date. CADCourses reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the order is more than 30 days old.

Please put the original packing slip in the carton, and wrap the package securely so that no damage will occur during transportation. For your protection, please use Insured/Recorded Parcel Post when sending courses back so that you have a receipt for the shipment.
