If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will gladly give you a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping costs). If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, simply call our friendly sales staff at +44 (0) 121 248 2400 to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and then return the product back within 30 days of the invoice date. The RMA# is required for us to track your return and properly credit your account. For this reason, the shipping department does not accept packages that do not have an RMA#. All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received by CareerVision within 30 days of the Careervision invoice date. CareerVision reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the order is more than 30 days old. |
